Our Financial & Operational Recovery Model (F.O.R.M.)™ is a structured six-stage approach which has been devised to analyse your current operations and business restructuring processes against best practice.

We were engaged to provide executive support focused on delivering a £13m Financial and Performance Recovery Programme, over 8 months, which resulted in the successful delivery, implementation and management of a comprehensive Cost Improvement Programme.
